Daytona International it's an Outplacement consultants company which assist applicants in obtaining new positions onboard of luxury cruise lines and Luxury Mega Yachts. Although our priority is to provide enough information and help employees to develop the skills and attitude necessary for the success of a job search in the final interview with the company representatives. In the initial stages of assistance, Daytona International will counsel the applicant on how best to prepare for looking for a new job in the hospitality and maritime industry. We will test employees to assess personality and develop their skills. Following this evaluation, the consultants will spend time coaching employees in job-hunting skills, interviewing, resume writing, and how to market their experience and knowledge.
